On Arrival

If you are arriving Thursday, you can check in at any time, but rooms may not be available until 3:00 pm.

If you are arriving Friday morning, leave your luggage in your car and check in with Hotel Registration.  Although your room will be pre-paid, you will still be asked for a credit card to cover incidentals.

The opening session will be at 9:00 am in the Marquis Ballroom. You will not need a badge to enter the opening session.

After the Opening session, proceed to your assigned room. (See Hotel Floor Plan)
