May I bring my spouse or partner?
You are encouraged to bring your spouse or partner.  There is much they can learn to help you be a better President.  We will also have a special break-out session for them.

I registered as a .... Do I get a binder and briefcase?
Everyone that registers for the full default package ($595) will receive a binder and briefcase.  Additional binders and briefcases can be ordered from the registration page.

What is the dress code?
During the day, you can dress casual, but for the evening meal, we request business attire.

Are there rooms for the handicapped?
Yes.

Are special meals available?
Yes. Vegetarian meals are a common option available in your registration form. For other special dietary needs, please send your inquiry to the webmaster, and we will determine in advance what can be done to accommodate you.

I am arriving Friday morning - Where should I store my luggage?
Check in as soon as you arrive, but leave your luggage in your car.  There will be time allotted to retrieve your luggage.

What is the photograph for?
Photos for your District Directory are being taken all day Friday and Saturday morning. These will be used for your district's directory. Please wear business attire for your photograph. Look for signs at our registration directing you to the photographer's location.

A chance to meet one-on-one with some of the finest minds in Rotary and mingle with the plenary speakers.

To benefit from an established and proven curriculum with current information on new Rotary programs that can benefit your leadership of your club.

You will get new ideas from the synergism developed in the discussion sessions and make new friends.

Learn how to build and maintain club membership.

Discover new ways to raise money and how to get club members involved in fund-raising projects.

Get new ideas for service projects.

There will be special sessions for spouses. This session focus on the spouse's role as the club president's partner in making the Rotary year successful and rewarding for both.
